Responsibilities:
Assist senior designers with the development of design solutions, providing support for creative and functional aspects of projects. Perform site surveys and document findings, contributing to the planning and design process. Aid in ensuring compliance with ADA guidelines and building codes through detailed analysis. Design building plans and features by researching, compiling, and recording essential information for assigned projects. Research and select appropriate colors, finishes, and materials, while adhering to established design standards. Perform drawing redlines and process Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring project accuracy. Utilize 3D modeling software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools to create detailed designs and renderings. Complete and submit necessary city building permits, approvals, and applications for project progression.
